 Recently, Dadnimo Corporation members have taken a meeting on the development of its strategy programming for 2009. The joint meeting revealed the one year achievements and the ahead challenges that need to be adequately addressed.
Overview: The company history
Founded in 2008 by a young technology inspired graduates in Information technology, Dadnimo! Began as a news agency that evolved into a leading national source of news, entertainment, and advanced services that has changed the way people get connected and updated on the current settings of the country. Today in history, integration of local systems to the global form the nucleus of the globalization and Dadnimo strives to build strong ties to promote the comfort of the people through technology.
Dadnimo Corporation strives to be the world^s largest global online networks of integrated services that can help the people achieve their potential. The Company is headquartered in Mogadishu, Somali, with a presence in more than 10 regions around the country.
Currently, Dadnimo runs a set of programmes that are successfully implemented during the first year (2008). Since its inception, Dadnimo established a news agency that has a source of news on the internet that provides the latest news in Somalia and around the world. Away from that, Dadnimo darted a technology division, a web technology Solutions Industry, offering solutions from the basis of web technologies (PHP programming to Microsoft’s interactive technologies), advice the implementation of proper web technologies; Software development solutions Industry, providing world class business driven solutions to attract possible technology changes and innovation.
Our strategies shape the core aim as the same we believe our strategies contribute to the community development, with continuous effect of our services impact, sustainability revolving our resources to the community, donating and contributing to the effective community development organizations to promote humanity in the country.
Dadnimo established an organization that is named Dadnimo organization that mainly works on the promotion of humanity in the world. The organization is on the first track of the Pilot Organizational Development Plan (PODP). Dadnimo Organization is devoted to help alleviate the sufferings of the Somali people in the socio-economic, political settings of Somalia. Dadnimo has a long term strategic position in Somalia. Dadnimo strives to support and protect the rights of the people in the volatile context of security situation of Somalia addressing critical concerns of the people. Dadnimo upholds human rights as a prime goal thus laying down the foundation for an effective system that educates, protects and promotes humanity in the world.
Recently, Dadnimo Corporation members have taken a meeting on the development of its strategy programming for 2009. The joint meeting revealed the one year achievements and the ahead challenges that need to be adequately addressed. In this meeting, set of recommendations were made including programmes those need special attention. This report will depict on the programme development of Dadnimo in this upcoming year.
The report develops programming approaches to identify the set of opportunities and threats related to the implementation and growth of the company. Recommendations are developed on the best practices of assuring the quality of the programmes and the capacities in place.
II. Development Plans
1. Research Division:
Dadnimo should establish of research division that develops an in-depth and comprehensive look into process, procedure, methodologies and technologies with best practice identification and actionable recommendations on the research needs of the customers. The target is the service providers, industries and companies at different levels. The division should on the first site, put in place Competitive Maturity Assessment focusing on the telecommunication and Hawala companies in the country. This is an opportunity for us to make sure this service at this critical moment that people need informed, give analysis based on findings. As part of this strategy, the division should mainly stipulate the need for improved security on our services.
The research process intensifies the user satisfaction level, responsiveness to escalation of disasters, reliability of services, and availability of services. This process model is applicable to all our divisions on common and individual basis. It is common in the world that companies need to assess their impact and efficiency of their work thus contract with independent research organization that collects, processes, analysis and produces report on the findings.
To ensure the Research Division deliver on their promise, qualified professionals in the field of research or related disciplines are required. To that effect, critical to the success is the teams’ responsiveness to the problems addressing them. Great responsiveness reflects in highly satisfied results from the customers. Prospects related to this activity can be achieved in two ways. Firstly, this system should be integrated to our currently functioning systems. In that way it could be an added advantage for our previously inter related projects. Secondly, separate advertisement programmes could be developed and enough earnings could be secured.
2. Online Dictionary
Dadnimo plans to develop an online Somali dictionary capable of covering most components of the Somali vocabularies and words. This programme will realize the development of multi language dictionary that contains large number of words from east Africa spoken languages. In realizing the above mentioned programme, Dadnimo technology division registered domain named ifiye.com and prepared the hosting plan.
So far, we have received green light from PEN who pledged to provide the needed tools to foster the development of the site. We have to get experts who are ready to evaluate and propose agendas of moving forward.
2. Get Educated!
Dadnimo works in education policy and practice to empower young people to be active Citizens. We promote education that helps young people understand the global issues that affect their lives and take action towards a more just and sustainable world. The Dadnimo Get Educated! website offers hundreds of free online resources, lesson plans, teaching ideas, and support and guidance for education practitioners. We are asking the experienced educators to work on developing quality tested resources for young scholars and get shared them online at this web site.
Dadnimo arranges Generation Unity programme that works directly with young people aged 16-25. We will introduce Generation Pioneers programme for children. It explores the lives of children through exciting photo stories. Generation Stars! Programme is directed to teenagers mutual collaboration the prominent stars who are engaged in support of Dadnimo Get Educated! Generation Explorers is dedicated for young researchers who are engaged in research and explorations.
